SSC Tax Assistant Examination ( TAE ) :
Income Tax and Central Excise Tax departments’ Tax Assistant vacancies are filled up conducting TAE exam every year. The exam is honestly conducted by SSC. Tax assistants are assigned to monitor whether the employees working under various departments complying the rules generated by Tax departments.
TAE exam is conducted in Two sessions, Tier I & Tier II.
SSC Tax Assistant Tier I will have the following subjects:

- English Comprehension —- 50 Marks
SSC Tax Assistant Tier II will have the following subjects:
