Staff Selection Commission will make recruitment to the posts of Constable ( GD ) in ITBPF, BSF, CISF, CRPF and SSB and Rifleman ( GD ) in Assam Rifles.

Essential Qualification for SSC CPO CAPF Exam :

Matriculation or Xth class pass from a recognized board / university.

SSC Central Police Organisation CAPF Recruitment Selection Process :

The SSC CPO CAPF recruitment will comprise of Physical Standards Test ( PSTc ), Physical Efficiency Test ( PET ), Written Examination and Medical Examination.

SSC CPO CAPF Application Submission Last Date :

• The last date for submission of application form : 11.01.2013 ( upto 5:00 P.M. )
• Last date for submission of application form for candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for candidates residing abroad : 18.01.2013 ( upto 5:00 P.M. ).

Syllabus for SSC CPO CAPF Written Examination :

The Written examination will consist of only one objective type paper containing 100 questions and carrying 100 marks, with the following composition :

• General Intelligence & Reasoning – 25 questions – 25 Marks
• General Knowledge & General Awareness – 25 questions – 25 Marks
• Elementary Mathematics – 25 questions – 25 Marks
• English / Hindi – 25 questions – 25 Marks

Duration : 2 hours ( 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 Noon )
