Delhi Police Department announced the recruitment for Constable ( Driver ). The total no. of vacancies is 752. All the Indian ( Male ) Nationals are called for to forward the application. The last date of receipt of Application is 29.6.2012.

Age limit : 21 – 30 years; SC – ST : 35 years; OBC 33 years

Qualification :

• Educational qualification : 10^th Pass

Other Qualifications :

• Should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence.
• Valid HTV driving license for driving heavy motor vehicles.
• Should possess knowledge of maintenance of vehicles.

Recruitment Sequence :

Physical Endurance : ( Running Race / Long Jump / High Jump )

Measurement Test :

Written Test ( 90 minutes duration; 100 marks comprising 100 questions )

• General Awareness  [ 30 Marks ]
• Reasoning and  Numerical Ability [ 10 Marks ]
• Road Sense, Vehicle Maintenance, Traffic Rules / Signals [ 60 Marks ]

The question paper will be bilingual ( English and Hindi ).
